The Problem

Reduce care team burn-out by automating repeat tasks

Almost 50-60% of team's time is spent on repeat grunt work that doesn't really need their involvement. This leads to poor focus on essential care activities & personalised touch.

Core pillars of automation

When a certain event happens, execute the fix set of actions every time without a human intervention

Clinical workflow triggers

Every encounter creates 3-4 specific tasks for care teams — before visit, during visit & after visit. We identified all such areas so that we can free-up care team's bandwith.

Sub-triggers

Each event comes with triggers and each trigger comes with sub-triggers

Workflow nodes

We designed consoles for each of the triggers so that it could be customised to specific workflows

The workflow builder

Open canvas which let's user pick & configure triggers, workflow nodes and enables to automate clinical work

So how does it work?

Let's take an example of pre-visit assessments. A patient books an appointment via app or by calling up to clinic.

When an appointment is booked — the workflow of pre-visit preparation initiates

The outreach sequences are activated where appointment confirmations, reminders and next assessments get shared

A patient is nudged to submit the assessments and once submitted, a pre-visit summary is prepared for care team's review.

These automation workflows saved 3-5 mins of clinic time per patient — before visit, during visit & post visit triggering right clinical workflows automatically.
